So the timer went off and I forgot to get the cookies out of the oven. About 20 minutes after I realized I had forgotten them in the oven. The second pictures shows why you always use a timer, regardless if they are done when it dings or not! I had the day off on monday so I thought I would bake some christmas cookies, but they never turn out as well as moms!
Not much going on, I'm gettin ready to wrap some of dad's christmas presents for mom, that is Dad Holden. I moved out of the house years ago and I still get stuck wrapping his gifts, something is not right with this picture!! Can't wait until christmas though. there are lots of goodies under our tree for ME! yay that makes me happy!! Wait that sounds wrong, I mean I love to buy presents for other people, but......................

Good Looking Cookies......No lemon cookies? I still want that receipe so I can try those for our christmas. Nick will eat them all I am sure. Happy baking!
