It's been quite a while since I've last posted. We've been busy over the past few weeks with bachelor/bachelorette parties and well just stuff around the house. I don't think we have anything on tap for this weekend so I'm looking forward to relaxing. As I write this, I remember we are possibly going to be playing in a sand volleyball tournament with a few of our friends. It's a 4 on 4 tournanment so we need to find out if the other couple is going to play with us!
We also decided it was time to purchase new furniture for the family room. So we did and below are some pictures. So far we really like it and are having fun trying to keep the dogs off. I'd like to stick a camera up somewhere during the day to see if they are getting on it or not! We moved the small chair into the office and gave away the couch to the neighbor's son who's going off to college in the fall! At least we didn't have to move it!! The weather has been good and bad.
Obviously, most of you have heard about the bad weather and flooding, but it's been REALLY nice for the past few days, in fact we slept with the windows open last night. I would really like to NOT be at work right now and instead, out piddle dicking in the yard!!! I also dug our dead tree up last weekend, so now we have a big hole in our front yard where it looks like a meteorite may have hit. I don't know why I dug it up because I don't plan on replacing it until the fall, I guess I was sick of looking at the gray tree with no leaves in our front yard!!!
