Happy Fall!!!

It's been a while since I posted, so Anya's 2nd birthday has come and gone, but she's so damn cute so I had to share!!

I so love this time of year because of the weather, but not to mention the holiday's are right around the corner!! I can't believe when I walk into a store I'm already seeing Christmas stuff, most people would say this is ridiculous, I say I'm in HEAVEN!!!

We went to a cubs game in Chicago a few weeks ago as part of Jarrett's birthday present from me. We had a good time and you'll see a few pics below. #48 is Neal Cotts, he's a Illinois State Alum and is doing very well right now. Nick, I think I figured out my new camera lens, it really just took reading the booklet on it....AND we totally had a RYAN sighting. I swear to GOD, I almost ran down and tackled this guy because I thought it was Ryan, now the picture I got of him does look like ryan, but from the side and back view, they could be TWINS!! I thought it was funny, Jarrett just thought I was crazy.

We finally got around to putting up the fall decorations, actually they went up the first week of September, but I slowly but surely keep buying stuff at the store. My latest and current favorite decoration is the candle holder with the candies in them. I must say however, that every time I look at them I want to stick my hand in and grab a handful out to eat!!

I also gave my greatest attempt at the infamous glitter pumpkins. I used too much spray glue though, so up close they don't look as good as they should. I will wait and retry next year and will purchase the gords after the season so I don't pay that much for them!! Jarrett will yell at me again and tell me to buy them with glitter already on them, but what he doesn't understand is the SATISFACTION one receives from doing it oneself!!

We want to say Happy Anniversary to Nick and Heidi today!! It's hard to belive that 3 years has already passed and quite frankly it's kind of scary!! We love you guys both so much!!!! Enjoy your day.

Oh and while I'm speaking of Nick and Heidi, I guess that we can come out of the closet and tell you all that Jarrett and I are going to be an Uncle and an Auntie AGAIN!!! Yahoo!! Nick and Heidi are expecting their 2nd in the spring!!!!
