O.K. so it's been a while since I've written and I'm sorry. We had a busy weekend as usual. We went camping with about 6 couples over the weekend at Brown County State Park which is about 2 hours south of Indy. We picked the first weekend in October because last year when we went it was the hottest weekend of the year, not to mention it was in late July. Well it was about 90 degree's both days, so much for the cooler weather!
We had a good time, dranks lots of beer, told scary stories around the campfire, played some volleyball and cornhole and hung out with friends. We did manage to get yelled at by "Ranger Ruth" for those of who know who I'm referencing. I'm not surprised we got a noise complaint called on us, considering the guys were in the woods uprooting trees and scarying people as they walked down the long dark road which our campsite sat on.
The Colts game was good, but it made for a long weekend! We drove from Nashville back to Avon, showered and then had lunch with mom and dad and went to the game. After sitting in the parking garage for about 30 minutes after the game we finally got back to Avon around 8pm. Then it was off to Lebanon to unpack all of our camping crap! Lots of laundry to do tonight and some cleaning around the house and maybe watch some football!! I'll post pictures from our camping trip tomorrow. I forgot the camera cord in the equinox, I think.......
