Wow, it's 2009 already, where the hell did 2008 go? In any event, we wish everyone a safe and happy year ahead!
Below you will find many pictures from our trip to West Brookfield for Christmas.
We first want to say thank you to everyone for our presents, we're so thankful to have such good friends and family who spoil us every year!! It really is a blessing. Secondly, thanks especially to Nick and Heidi for their hospitality during our trip and as always we had a great time eventhough it was the trip from hell and we both ended up sick!!!
I'd like to point out a couple of things from the pictures below:
1. If you don't get the pictures of the station wagon, light ball or squirrel, then you need to go and watch christmas vacation! Without a doubt it's the best Christmas movie eva! We would like to thank Nick and Heidi for our "rented" christmas present of the station wagon, it was freakin classic! Notice in one of the pictures the gas leak just under the driver side door. It really was probably a safety hazard to have a 2.5 year old and a pregnant mom riding in a car that had gas fumes that stong, but it was totally worth it and besides riding around town in the middle of winter with the windows down totally added to the trip!! If you'd like to know where Nick rented the car from, just ask him it's a great story!
2. You will see 2 of my favorite gifts that Anya got....how freakin cool are the ice skates!!!
3. All of those presents for one kid??? WTF is gonna happen next year when you have two of them? Where are you going to put all of the presents?
4. Nick and I got very detailed with the cookie decorating, NFT
5. Anya likes to shake her booty and she most definitely got all of her MOVES from her father!
